At MiiR, we stand behind the design and durability of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After confirming your return or exchange, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unused MiiR products in their original box, ensuring all tags and protective sleeves are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
